Football Academy Terms & Conditions

Membership Cancellation & Notice Period

By enrolling in KR ACADEMY, all players and parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Notice of Cancellation

A minimum of one (1) calendar month's written notice is required to terminate a player's membership with the academy.

The notice period will commence from the date written notice is received by the academy and will run for one full calendar month thereafter.

2. Payment During Notice Period

All academy fees remain payable throughout the notice period, regardless of whether the player attends training sessions during this time.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions during the notice period.

3. Method of Notice

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or letter to the academy's designated contact details. Verbal notice provided to coaches, staff members, or volunteers will not be accepted as formal notice.

4. Outstanding Fees

Any outstanding fees owed to the academy must be settled in full before membership is terminated.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

The academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider exceptions to the notice period requirement in exceptional circumstances, including serious injury, relocation, or other significant events.

6. Academy Rights

The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where a player, parent, or guardian breaches academy rules, engages in inappropriate conduct, or fails to meet financial obligations.

Acceptance

By registering with KR ACADEMY, the player and/or parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
